There is But One

How many of us have heard the political comment jargon that we should respect everyone’s right to worship God as they believe. Now let me clarify right off: that’s religion and not Christianity. You can cut it and slice it up any way you’d like, but it still doesn’t change the fact that there is only one true God, and all others are only forms of what is known as idols.

God is the creator of the universe. He’s known as Jehovah. 

Jesus was God in the flesh to mankind, and He leads His followers (Christians) by His Holy Spirit. Any other name that religion says to give Him is an idol and a false god.

1 Corinthians 8:6 says, “Yet for us there is but one God, the Father from whom are all things, and we exist for Him and one Lord Jesus Christ by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.” Anyone else who claims the true deity of God is no more than an invention, a pawn placed by Satan to direct people away from the true God.

There are not many roads to God or eternal life. Only through Jesus can we make that claim. All other roads will lead you straight to hell. In 1 Corinthians 15:2, it explains to hold fast to the Word or you will have believed everything in vain. 

Do not be deceived. We live in a day of the greatest deceptions ever. There is but one true and living God. All others are fakes, and if you follow them, you’ll never meet the true God, who has made a special place for you and will help you get to your real eternal destination if you’ll turn your life over to Jesus, His Son and the only savior for all of mankind.
