Our Beliefs vs God's Word

It’s everywhere these days. We are seeing people who attend local churches who claim they are Christians but go directly against God’s word when they have to make choices in public settings. You can say all you want about the laws of the land and protected rights - but wrong is wrong. Sin is still sin in God’s eyes.
Just because we are people that live in our towns across this nation and have man-made rules does not mean we have to give our support to man’s “law of the land,” as some people might think we should, when it violates God’s Word. If the law is forced on you, it’s one thing; but it doesn’t mean we have to just agree with it and cast our vote for it.
With each decision, you choose which side your true morals are on. Sin is left unrestrained when people allow sin to become a part of their own lives. In some of our local communities across this nation, the truth of God fails to be preached to its fullest and society is presented with moral options and tolerance so we see men and women who claim to be a Christians that are so only in name - there is no real, true relationship with Jesus Christ like there should be.
Therefore, we see a complete disregard of God’s Word and its truths by those who are preaching that all lifestyles have to be respected and tolerated- that we have to accept the changing culture- or face legal challenges.
SO WHAT! I don’t say these words to become the enemy of any person because God loves us all- but not our sinfulness- and these types of actions are destroying His people.
