God's Plans are Selected

If you believe in God then you should believe He has plans for our lives and how we live them. God is never going to force His ways on anyone.

It is true, He did choose you to be saved and to be about His business, but He will not force you. You see, God’s plans are selected for those who will handle them as He wants. He has made plans ahead of time and isn’t going to trust them to be carried out by someone who isn’t obedient.

God gives His plans to those He knows will follow them through His way. Many Christians have unfulfilled lives because of their own worldly cares and/or their lack of spiritual commitment to God. God has to be able to trust us to be on board and having His mind for the plan.

Regardless of the assignment and what may seem impossible, we have to be willing to trust His call and to be obedient. Psalm 145:18 reminds us, “The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.
