God is Just as Big as You are Willing to Let Him Be

Way too many people put God into places where He can’t fit. In fact, the only true way you’ll even come close to know who God is and what He can do in your life is to really let go of yourself and give everything to Him.

God can never be involved in all the aspects of your life unless you are willing to turn it all over to His ways. Your Christianity will be little because you make God little in your life.

Some people believe that a relationship with God doesn’t really work; it’s always because they have not given their all. They still hold on to some things. God only puts out His hands to receive you, not to fight for your attention. You must see God for who He is. Your successes or failures depend upon what you truly think of God.

God always allows you to make the choice first and the result of your choices will then determine His effectiveness in your life. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “To everything there is a season; a time for every purpose under heaven.”

Those who call themselves Christian are going to be as effective with their lives as they are willing to live out their Christianity by living what they believe.

Who is God? He is who He says He is. He never changes what He is. Nothing changes God.

His presence makes the universe run. The Holy Bible expresses what God has said. God is never indifferent like people. Because of God, you exist.

You didn’t deserve to be born – God made it happen. Nobody gets anything in life because they deserve it. It is because God allows it or He doesn’t.

There are many reasons why God put you here or there as you go on life’s journey. He has a plan for you to impact people somewhere.

It may be how you treat others. It may be how you look at life’s circumstances. It may be what you’re willing to sacrifice for the good of the Kingdom. It may be how you’re willing to take time to see someone grow toward God.

It may require giving up things that are really important to you.

Regardless, it will be worth it at the end.
